Stating that the Union budget left both Telugu States sore, CPM general secretary Seetharam Yechuri has reminded that Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu had demanded 10-year special package when the previous Congress government said it would give five-year package during State division.
Speaking to the media here on Wednesday, Seetharam said Andhra Pradesh did not get anything though there was mention of 10-year package. He said the TDP achieved zero though it was an alliance partner of the NDA government. (NSS)
