Urdu Education Board sends letter to PM, HRD Minister

New Delhi: Urdu Education Board is striving to fulfil Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream that he wants to see Muslim children with Quran in one hand and computer in another.

According to the Inquilab Daily, Board claimed that interest in education among Muslim students has increased since Narendra Modi government came to power and record increase of Muslim candidates has been witnessed in Civil Service exams.

Meanwhile, Urdu Education Board has strongly condemned the rumours against the Board and appealed the children and the centre not to believe such rumours. It said that the Board has all the evidence and the Board has not done any illegal and un-constitutional work. Board has sent a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Human Resource Development minister Prakash Javadekar in this connection. Board received a reply from Prime Minister’s office in which proper action was assured.
