Hyderabad: Notification for recruitment on 66 posts of Urdu officers in Telangana will be issued within one week. This is the first time in the history of Minority Welfare Department that 66 permanent fresh government posts have been sanctioned on which recruitments will be made.
Urdu Academy is the nodal officer. Exams will be conducted in collaboration with JNTU. Exams are likely to be held in the month of May. Soon after the issue of notification candidates can apply online. An exclusive website has been prepared in connection with the recruitments.
Candidates should have command over Urdu, English and Telugu languages. Rule of reservations will be followed. Model paper and syllabus will be available on the website. Fee for grade I will be Rs. 600 and fee for grade II will be Rs. 500. Candidates can attend both exams. Those who want to appear in both exam will be allotted same centre. Exams will be held in Hyderabad.
