Kacheguda: Ms, Bangaru Avantika, NRI residing in the USA has donated a check of $150 for the benefit of poor students here on Wednesday.
She handed over the cheque to Myadam Janardhan Rao- chairman of Munnurkapu Student Hostel, Hans reported.
Speaking at the Hostel Trust Board office, Ms Avantika confessed her joy in helping the poor and assured that there is no other way of sure happiness than this one.
She also said she prays that God helps her in achieving more so that she can help the needy.
While the hostel chairman said youngsters should follow Ms Avantika to bring a change in the society and with such social service spirit which can bring a change in a poor student’s life.
