Uttam files papers from Nalgonda LS seat

Hyderabad: TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy on Friday filed his nomination papers from Nalgonda Lok Sabha seat.

Addressing a meeting of the party workers, Uttam alleged that the ruling TRS had fielded a land grabber against him from the constituency. He also wondered his rival had not even won as MLA from Munugodu Assembly segment during the last elections.

Stating that his rival from the TRS Narsimha Reddy was just an MPP, the TPCC president said it was an insult for the people of Nalgonda. He said he was contesting as an MP as the party high command had asked him to do so.
