Hyderabad: President of TS Congress, Capt. Uttam Kumar Reddy promised that in case Congress comes to power in Telangana, Prof. Kodandaram will be offered a ministerial berth. He further told that Prof. Kodandaram will not contest from any constituency but will campaign for the candidates of the grand alliance.
He further promised that Prof. Kodandaram will also be entrusted with the chairmanship of program implementation committee.
