VH doubts authenticity of Maoist letter to PM

Ridiculing Prime Minister Narendra Modi for meeting BJP senior leader Lal Krishna Advani, Shiv Sena leader Uddav Thakre and cine actress Madhuri Dixit, Congress senior leader V Hanumantha Rao said the charisma of Narendra Modi was on the wane. Doubting the genuineness of the letter purportedly written by Maoists that they would kill Modi, Hanumanth Rao said the letter might have been created to evoke people’s sympathy to the Prime Minister.

Speaking to the media here on Saturday, VH said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao took a pledge to construct a building in one acre land at Ajmer Dargah for the sake of Muslims and asked KCR whether he fulfilled his promise. He demanded that KCR provide work to the Muslims lifelong instead of giving Dawat-e-Ifthar on single day. He also called upon the Congress leaders to remain united and strive to bring Congress party to power. (NSS)
