Violence against Muslims continue despite SC order

New Delhi: Despite strict orders and guidelines by issued by Supreme Court, Muslims are being oppressed in other states including Haryana. They are being discriminated against on religious grounds. Hence a delegation of Supreme Court advocates, social workers, academicians and journalists registered a complaint with Nation Human Rights Commission and demanded to form a concrete strategy on the lines of SC ST.

Under the banner of National Rights Resource Centre (NRRC) activists Tanveer Qazi, advocate supreme Court Shad, advocate Supreme court Tariq Adeeb, RTI activist Saleem Baig, social worker Dr Ashfaq Aalam and others submitted a report to Human Rights Commission complaining about 500 new cases of violence saying that these are happening after Supreme Court has issued a guideline on mob lynching and asked central and state governments to put a curb on these.
