Hyderabad: A valuable wakf land located near Govt. hospital Mehboob Nagar under survey numbers 77, 78 and 79 admeasuring two acres and 37 guntas has been assigned to land grabbers. The proceedings of Asst. Director, Survey and Land Records were issued on 25th July 2018 but fearing the wrath of the Muslims, this matter has been kept confidential. The order of possession of the land has been pasted on the notice board of the Masjid.
A memorandum was presented by the Muslim youths of Mehboob Nagar to former MLA, Mr. Shekhar who is president of TDP of Mehboob Nagar. He visited the spot and assured the Muslim youths that every step would be taken to protect the wakf land.
It may be mentioned that graveyard is 200 years old. Adjacent to it, there is a land belonging to Mr. Waheed Baig under survey number 75.
The survey records have been manipulated and got included in survey number 102-6A which belongs to Krishna Temple Balkonda located three miles away from the wakf land.
There are many pattadars of this survey number. This land was purchased from these pattadars and a hospital was constructed on it.
Survey should have been conducted under section 330-2 of 2003 act. but the survey numbers of wakf land were included in the land of Krishna Temple which is 3 km away from the Wakf land.
In this conspiracy, local leaders and land grabbers are involved. The Muslims of Mehboob Nagar, requested the authorities to institute impartial inquiry through CBI.
