Why Naidu worried about YCP-BJP tie-up, asks Haribabu

Andhra Pradesh BJP president K Haribabu today wondered as to why Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was afraid about reports that YSRCP was inclined to work with the BJP.

Speaking to the media here today, Haribabu said he did not know why Chandrababu Naidu was scared of the YSRCP joining the BJP. He said the BJP has not discussed about the election strategy so far. “Now we are thinking about strengthening our party”, Haribabu said, adding that Union minister Athawale’s statement was not party’s stand. He alleged that Chandrababu Naidu was trying to have relations with the Congress.

“Polavaram project is a boon for people of the State given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and this project work was proceeding fast after villages affected with this project were merged in AP”, Haribabu said. (NSS)
