On Saturday, a 43-year-old woman succumbed to injuries. She had sustained after falling from bike on Thursday.
According to Sanathnagar police, the woman with her husband visited their relatives and was returning home at night. She has been identified as Anna Purna, a resident of Banjara Hills.
Sanathnagar sub-inspector Venkat Reddy, said, “On their way home, she accidentally fell from the bike near Erragadda flyover and sustained severe head injury. The passers-by immediately took her to NIMS hospital.”
The Sanathnagar police registered a case under section 304 (a) causing death by negligence and further investigation is on.
After postmortem, police handed over the body to the family.
