Hyderabad: On the second day of floral festival women officials and staff today celebrated Bathukamma Festival in Secretariat here. Since the first day of the festival on Oct 9 was holiday, the Secretariat officials and staff on Monday joined a large numbers.
Behind the media lounge the officials made arrangements for the floral festival with songs and decorated the place to mark the festivities of flowers and nature. The women officials and staff have joined the rows at the site and participated in the ritual of Bathukamma songs in glee and enthusiasm.
