New Delhi [India]:To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the World Trade Center Association (WTCA), World Trade Centers present in Noida, Chandigarh and GIFT City in an industry first-move will be using the online bidding platform for online bidding of exclusive commercial spaces across the three key projects on May 5, 2018.
The commercial spaces will be available through an online bidding platform. Consumers can register for the online bidding till May 4, 2018 by paying an earnest money of just Rs. 2,000 for single unit and Rs. 5,000 multiple units. The size of the commercial units range from 230 sqft to 5,705 sqft and the base price from Rs. 12 lakhs to Rs. 3.7 crore. WTC Noida, WTC Chandigarh and WTC GIFT City (Gujarat) are all promoted by WTC Noida Development Company Pvt. Ltd., the preferred partner of WTCA in India.
