Hyderabad: Fahad Ahked (30) was arrested for possessing five high quality air guns including one banned in India. He allegedly imported it from the US. The police also recovered two passports from him one having fictitious names. Fahad Ahked a B.Com graduate, allegedly used to visit Pakistan.
Assistant commissioner of police (cyber crime) KCS Raghuveer told that youth’s father was also detained for questioning. According to ACP, Fahad Ahked was also involved in international calls routing activity.
Acting upon a tip off, the police, raided his house at Habeebnagar area in the Old City and recovered set top box and other equipment used for call routing. He allegedly diverted a large number of calls to Pakistan. However police had not got any clue that the youth had ISIS links.
Youth is likely to be produced before the court on Saturday.
