YSRCP launches ‘Jagan Anna Kanuka’ campaign to make people aware of ‘Navaratnalu’

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party launched the ‘Jagan Anna Kanuka’ campaign on Sunday to make voters aware of ‘Navaratnalu’ and its benefits. Navaratnalu is a list of nine promises made by YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The party aims to take its message to each and every household in Andhra Pradesh through this campaign.

YSRCP launched the campaign by conducting a meeting with ‘mandal’ in-charges and booth conveners to explain the activities that will be undertaken under this campaign.

The meeting was followed by door-to-door outreach and distribution of Jagan Anna Kanuka bags, which contained campaign materials for 20 households.

According to a party statement, the people who agree to lend their support would be asked to give a missed call after which they will receive an IVR with the party’s campaign song–‘Ravali Jagan Kavali Jagan’.

“Through this campaign, each YSRCP MLA candidate will reach out to at least 45,000 households in their respective constituency and ask for their support to make Jagan Mohan Reddy the next CM of Andhra Pradesh.”

The election to 175-member Andhra Pradesh Assembly is scheduled to be held on April 11 along with the Lok Sabha polls. The counting of votes will take place on May 23.
