YSRCP ready to move ‘no-confidence’ motion against NDA

Prakasam: Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Sunday said that his party is ready to move a no-confidence motion in the Parliament against the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) Government.

While addressing a public rally here, Reddy further said that they would even back the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) if they took the same step.

“YSRCP is ready to bring a no-confidence motion in the Parliament against NDA Government,” Reddy said.

“We are even ready to support TDP-led ‘no confidence’ motion if they are ready to bring the same against the Centre,” he added.

As per reports, the YSRCP has planned to pass the motion in the last week of March 2018.

Reddy even asked Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief Pawan Kalyan to unite for the interest of Andhra Pradesh.

“The chief minister and Pawan Kalyan should leave the demand for a special package as it bears no fruit for Andhra Pradesh and should only fight to get Special Category Status (SCS),” he said. (ANI)
