New Delhi: At Shaheen Bagh in New Delhi, protest against CAA and NRC has been continuing for the past 17 days.
The leftist organization of the students, All India Youth Federation declared its support to the ongoing agitation of the students against CAA and NRC. A large number of students associated with the Federation came from all parts of India and expressed their solidarity with the protesting students of Jamia Milla Islamia. All these students then marched to Shaheen Bagh. They saluted a woman protester who was participating in the agitation with her minor children facing the cold weather condition of New Delhi when mercury recoded three degree Celsius temperature.
The agitating students declared that protest would continue till the act is scrapped.
Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Mr. Syed Waliullah Quadri, President of All India Youth Federation told that BJP is implementing the agenda of the RSS which divides people on communal lines.
Mr. Quadri asked Modi Govt. who gave them to ask about the citizenship of the people of this country?.
He demanded the TRS Govt to convene the meeting of State Assembly and pass a resolution to scrap CAA and NRC.
He advised the M.P. of Hyderabad Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi to visit Jamia Millia Islamia instead of issuing statements sitting in Hyderabad and exert pressure on Mr. KCR to pass anti CAA resolution
