Hyderabad: Police arrested Mr. K. Jagan, Asst. Professor of Osmania University for allegedly maintaining contacts with Maoists.
He was arrested by Jogulamba Gadwal District Police.
It is reported that he is a member of Vilpularachiatula Sangan which is an outfit of a revolutionary organization.
His arrest has been made under the UAPA Act. Police also seized a few documents and electronic gadgets from his house.
