Mir Raza Abbas Zaidi is the president and founder of the ArcOfOldcity, who is trying to spread the awareness regarding the developments in the old city through his NGO on social media, @arcofoldcity.
In his recent post on his twitter account, he says: “Those who clap on the speeches do not understand the meaning of development.”
He tweeted, “I would Like to #AskKTR, If the Govt. is Considering to Call Tenders for Road Maintenance by Private Agencies for the Next 5 years…Then What will the Corporators Do??? Bhaigiri??? Annagiri??? Dadagiri???
He alleged this will set the GHMC corporators free from their responsibilities and work after which the GHMC workers will not even pay heed to the issues of the people.
In another tweet, he said the old city is bearing lots of losses.
