Only girl among 599 students
Mrs. Murthy said that when she joined the engineering college, she was the only girl in the batch of 600 engineering students.
Her admission came with a few clauses – (a) strictly advised her to wear a saree daily. (b) Avoid the college canteen and (c) No talk with boys.

Strictly following the third clause, she did not speak to boys for a year.
“Ek saal nahi kiya. Doosre saal unko malum hua mujhe first rank mila, vahi humse baat karne aaye (I didn’t talk to them for one year. In the second year, they got to know I got the first rank and came to talk to me themselves),” she says to laughter and applause.
The channel shared the promo with a caption stating, “#KBCKaramveer She fought against all social stereotypes. Meet our #KBCKaramveer #SudhaMurthy this Friday at 9 PM and know-how she reformed thousands of underprivileged lives. @amitabhbachchan”

In the five-minute-long teaser, Mrs. Murthy also touches upon her work with Infosys Foundation.
“The most difficult part that I faced was that there was no girl’s washroom in the entire college.”
“In these years, what I truly understood is the importance of a hygienic toilet because without a toilet only a woman can understand what hardships she has to face. This actually led me to build 16,000 toilets across various states once I became the chairman of Infosys Foundation.”
The eleventh season of Kaun Banega Crorepati airs on Sony TV from 9 pm from Monday to Friday.
