Hyderabad: A fresh petition was filed in the Supreme Court of India requesting the court to arrange urgent hearing of Disha rape and murder case.
This petition was filed by a social activist by name Sujata. Her lawyer Brinda Grover filed this petition.
It may be mentioned that the bench of the Supreme Court led by Justice S.A. Bobde took note of this petition.
Earlier, Sujata had also filed a petition in Telangana High Court impressing upon the need for urgent hearing Telangana High Court had issued orders.
