Priyanka Gandhi likely to be incharge of TS Congress

Hyderabad: In order to regain the lost status of Congress in Telangana, there is a plan to utilize the services of Ms. Priyanka Gandhi.

It is reported that AICC is exploring the possibility of appointing Ms. Priyanka Gandhi, in charge of Telangana State in addition to giving her the responsibilities of Eastern UP.

After getting defeat at the hands of TRS in TS, Congress High Command is getting ready to appoint a heavy weight leader to shoulder responsibilities of Telangana. In case Priyanka Gandhi accepts the responsibility of Telangana, its weak status could be strengthened. Congress High Command feels that if no action is taken to improve the weak status of Congress in Telangana, the results of Lok Sabha Polls could be disappointing for the party.

It is reported that 150 Congressmen went to New Delhi to meet Mr. Rahul Gandhi so that they could submit their proposals for the renovation of Congress party but Mr. Rahul Gandhi did not give them an appointment.
