The Rajya Sabha was disrupted again Wednesday and adjourned till 2 p.m. with members opposing the formation of Telangana creating an ugly scene.
After the house met again at 12 noon, the members opposing the formation of Telangana massed near the chairman’s chair.
As Rajya Sabha Secretary General Shumsher K. Sheriff was reading a message from the Lok Sabha, a TDP legislator snatched the paper from his hand.
Amid the chaos, Deputy Chairman P.J. Kurien adjourned the house.
