Recipe: Khoya Paneer

Ingredients:

  • 500 Gram Paneer
  • 1 Cup Cashew Nut
  • 1/2 Cup Khoya
  • 2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
  • To taste Salt
  • 2-3 Nos Green Cardamom
  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • 2-3 Nos Green Coriander
  • 2-3 Nos Green Chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 Nos Ginger, chopped

Procedure :

  • Wash, boil and grind cashew nut.
  • In a pot heat desi ghee, add chopped green chillies and green cardamom, allow it to crackle.
  • Add cashew nut paste, beaten curd, salt and cook for 10 min.
  • Once done add grated khoya and paneer cubes, stir for a while, adjust seasoning.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
  • Serve hot.
