Recipe: Lemon Creme Brulee

Ingredients:

  • 30 Gram Honey
  • 125 Ml Fresh cream
  • 4 Nos Egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 125 Ml Skimmed milk
  • 1 Nos Lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Procedure :

  • Warm the milk and cream together.
  • Add egg yolk, honey and lemon juice and stir continuously.
  • Bake it in the oven on a double broiler for 180 C for 20-25 minutes
  • Serve chilled.
