Ingredients:\r\n\r\n \t3 tsp Turmeric Powder\r\n \t1 Tbsp Oil\r\n \t6 Pieces Rohu Fish\r\n \t3 1\/2 tsp Salt\r\n \t2 Tbsp Mustard Oil\r\n \t2 tsp Chilli Powder\r\n \t1\/2 Cup Water\r\n \t1 tsp Cumin Seeds\r\n \t2 Green Chillies\r\n \t1 tsp Black Peppercorns\r\n \t1\/2 Cup Tomatoes, chopped\r\n \t1 tsp Garam Masala\r\n \t2 tsp Coriander Leaves\r\n \t1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds\r\n \t10 Garlic\r\n \t2 Bay Leaves\r\n \t1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds\r\n\r\nProcedure:\r\n\r\n \tTake the pieces of rohu fish in a bowl, add 2 tsp of salt and turmeric powder each along with chilli powder and oil.\r\n \tMash them with hands and keep aside for 15 minutes to marinate\r\n \tNow, take garlic, green chillies, mustard seeds, black pepper corns, cumin seeds, whole red chillies and fenugreek seeds in a grinder. Along with it, add a tsp each of turmeric powder and salt along with tomatoes.\r\n \tGrind all the ingredients together to make a paste.\r\n \tNow take a pan and put mustard oil in it.\r\n \tPut the marinated fish in to the pan and fry it well.\r\n \tNow take the bay leaves and put in the pan along with the grinded paste.\r\n \tSaute and add \u00bd a tsp of salt to mix.\r\n \tNow put the fried fish into the paste. Mix well and add some water.\r\n \tLet it simmer for 5-10 minutes.\r\n \tAdd garam masala and coriander leaves to the gravy. Stir well. Serve hot.
