Hyderabad: A case has been registered against retired Judge Nooty Ram Mohan Rao on receiving a complaint from his daughter in law Sindhu Sharma.
The retired Judge has been booked under Section 354 of IPC after the complainant produced evidence against him, Hans reports.
The complainant also wrote a letter to Chief Justice of Supreme Court that her father-in-law retired Judge Nooty Ram Mohan Rao had acquired assets worth over Rs 300 crore.
