Revant Reddy challenges BJP to initiate CBI inquiry against KCR

Congress MP, Mr. Revant Reddy challenged BJP to institute CBI inquiry against CM of TS Mr. KCR.

He told that BJP has been divided into for and against groups of KCR. In reality, both BJP and TRS are the two sides of the same coin.

Talking to newsmen, Mr. Reddy told that there is no place in BJP who oppose Mr. KCR. He asked Dr. Lakshman to respond to the allegations leveled against KCR in connection with the irregularities in the purchase of electricity.

Normally, senior IAS officers are made incharges of electricity production and distribution but KCR appointed a retired official.

He alleged that three officers namely; Prabhakar Rao, Raghuma Rao and Gopal Rao are the retired officials. They have been holding important positions in electricity Department. These are the officers who helped KCR who is responsible for a major scam which runs into crores of rupees.

He pointed out that electricity institutions have drawn loans to the tune of Rs. 74000 crore since 2014 but Mr. Prabhakar Rao is denying it. He asked Mr. Prabhakar Rao to expose the facts.

He also told that BJP is alleging irregularities in electricity Department but it is not prepared to get it investigated through CBI. He challenged BJP to institute CBI inquiry. He offered to provide proof.
