Hyderabad: The candidates who have been selected as teachers in Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) staged a protest in front of the Ambedkar Statue at Lowe Tank Bund on Monday. Telangana Vidyarthi Vedika (TVV) members condemn that the delay in their recruitment.
Speaking to siasat.com Mr. Maddileti said, “In 2018, TPSC conducted TRT and short-listed as many as 7000 candidates but it failed to give them appointment orders so far, he lamented.
Menchu Sandeep said, “The teachers who passed the TRT are looking for temporary teaching jobs and some of them are still waiting for the government to provide them a dignified job of a government teacher.”
TRT candidate told that we have been urging to recruit us but no officials have stood to response so far, we have also decided to go on hunger strike.
They warned the Telangana State Government that they have no other option but to commit suicide if postings are not given and that they would intensify their agitation if the orders are not given in the next 15 days.
