Hyderabad: Neredmet Police arrested a self styled NIA officer. According to the report of the police, Vinod Kumar Reddy was found wandering in the premises of College of Defense Management located at Neredmet.
During the search operation, police seized his Aadhaar Card. He claimed that he is a Flying Officer of Indian Airforce. On suspecting his statement, his bag was searched in which an identity card of NIA was found which depicted the name as Vinod Kumar Reddy, Asst. Commandant.
When Police contacted Mr. Mohammed Sajid, Addl. SP of NIA, he said that the person does not belong to his Dept.
