Hyderabad: Mr. Amer Ali Khan, News Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily received a letter from Moghalpura Police Station in which a request was made for the burial of a dead baby. In the same manner, two letters were sent from Satish Chandra Foundation and 10 other police stations for the burial of destitute Muslim dead bodies.
In all, 13 dead bodies were collected from Osmania and Gandhi Hospitals and arrangements were made for their burial at Tharthare Shah Muslim burial ground, Bansilalpet, Secunderabad.
Maulana Inamul Haq, Imam of Afzal Gunj Masjid led the funeral prayer. The newborn baby was named as Mohammed Akbar.
