Hyderabad: After successful investigations, police was able to lay hands on the murderer of software engineer, Satish Babu (35).
This murder had taken place in Anjaiah Nagar Colony of Moosapet area on 28th August.
Addressing a press conference, DCP, Madhapur Zone, Mr. Venkateshwara told that the accused had hit Satish Babu on his head with a hammer.
The reasons behind this murder are reported to be financial losses in business and friendship with a woman employee.
DCP Mr. Venkateshwara Rao told the media reporter that the assassin and the deceased were friends. The accused had developed contacts with Ms. Priyanka who was working with Satish Babu.
When Satish Babu came to know the friendship of the murderer, Hemenath Mathe with Priyanka, Satish Babu admonished Hemanth saying that Priyanka is his disciple and his friendship with her could damage the credibility of the business firm.
One day, both consumed liquor and Hemanth killed Satish Bbau. On the second day after killing him, Hemanth cut the dead body of Satish Babu into pieces, covered it in a plastic bag and fled away, locking the door with an iron bar and taking the motor cycle of the deceased. Police seized the motor cycle, an electric cutting machine and hammer from the possession of the assassin.
The accused was presented in the court. The magistrate gave his in Judicial custody.
