New Delhi: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invited applications from eligible candidates for filling up the posts of Sub-Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) in CISF.
As per the official notification, departmental candidates amongst Constables, Head Constables and Assistant Sub-Inspector of Delhi Police with minimum three years service may also apply for Departmental Vancancies of Sub-Inspector (Executive) – Male. The age of the departmental candidates should not be more than 30 years for General Category, 33 years for OBC and 35 years for SC/ ST.
As on 1st January 2020, the upper age limit is 25 years. The age of the candidates should not be less than 20 years.
It may be mentioned that candidates need to serve anywhere in India if they got selected in CISF or CAPFs.
Selection process consists of Paper-I, Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET), Paper-II and Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
