Achampet: Students of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) fell sick after eating upma in the breakfast. They were rushed to the hospital. 164 students study in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV).
After finding worms in the lunch, some students skipped dinner as well. The next day students suffered stomach ache after eating breakfast. 23 girls were immediately shifted to Achampet government hospital.
After checkup, the doctors said that their condition was out of danger. Later the students alleged that proper cooking is not being done in the school for the past few days.
RDO Pandav, AMO Ahmed, Dr Aruna, Amarabad SI Raman Goud, reached KGBV and collected samples of food grains for test.
