Tehsildar murder case: New details surface

Hyderabad: New details surfaced during the investigation of Tehsildar’s murder case.

According to the report published in The Hans India, the Tehsildar of Abdullapurmet, Ms. P. Vijaya Reddy had urged for security due to the alleged threats. This was disclosed by her uncle, Mr. Venkatreddy.

He also said that the collector used to work hard and follow rules and regulations strictly.

Tehsildar’s career

Earlier, the Tehsildar used to work as a government teacher. Later, she cleared Group-II in 2009.

She became the first Tehsildar of Abdullapurmet zone. She had also won the best Tehsildar award.

Vijaya’s personal background

Ms. Vijaya was a native of Nalgonda District. His husband, Mr. Subhash Reddy is a lecturer in degree college.

It may be mentioned that yesterday, she died after being allegedly set ablaze on fire in her office.
