Hyderabad: A local court of Kareemnagar District sentenced 10 years rigorous imprisonment to the 45 year old man when the rape case occurred in 2009 was proved against him.
Principal Sessions Judge of Kareemnagar Court, Ms. G. Anupama Chakravarty found M. Raju guilty of raping a married woman in her house.
Kareemnagar Police had registered a case on the complaint made by the victim and started investigations. The judge not only pronounced imprisonment but also imposed a fine of Rs. 25000 and ordered the convict to pay the amount of fine to the victim.
