Hyderabad: The state is likely to receive heavy rains over the next 48 hours due to deep depression in the Arabian sea.
A low pressure marked over the Comorin area in the Arabian sea will likely form a deep depression over Lakshadweep islands and the adjoining south east Arabian sea, TT reports.
Heavy rains along with thunderstorms are likely to hit the Telangana State with isolated places in the districts of Nalgonda, Suryapet, Nagarkurnool, Khammam, Mahbubabad, Yadadri Bhongir, Rangareddy, Jangaon, Siddipet, Medak, Sangareddy, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Vikarabad, Mahabubnagar, Jogulamba Gadwal, and Wanaparthy shall witness heavy rains.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur at a few places over the State.
