Khammam: A road accident in the early wee hours killed four members of a family, including two minor boys travelling on a two-wheeler today at Nelakondapally in the district.
The deceased were identified as Palapati Venkateshwarlu (40), his mother Pitchamma (65), and his sons Kodandaram (8) and Pranay (6), TT reports.
According to reports, the members were riding the two-wheeler when their bike was hit by an unidentified vehicle throwing them around killing them on the spot.
The family members were returning home after attending a family function at Mudigonda.
A case was booked at Kusumanchi police station while the victims bodies were shifted to Khammam Government Hospital for post-mortem.
