New Delhi: Supreme Court ordered the Government of India to allot five acres of land to Sunni Wakf Board in Ayodhya for constructing a Masjid.
Reacting on this Judgment, Mr. Kamal Farooqui, member of All India Muslim Personal Law Board expressed surprise that, what sort of justice is this?.
They are giving us 5 acres and taking away 67 acres. Even if the Muslims get 100 acres of land, what is the use? What Kind of Justice is this? he asked.
However, he appealed to the Muslims to maintain peace.
