Hyderabad: The personnel of LB Nagar police station have arrested 37-year-old Nimmala Yadagiri on Monday. Nimmala a bus driver is the person police believe stole a bus worth Rs. 45 Lakhs from Srisailam Highway in Amangal.
The incident happened on the weekend on December 22. According to police, In addition to stealing the bus, he had been arrested in the limits of LB Nagar police station for stealing a lorry containing 500 cement bags in it. Nimmala lives in Annaram village of Suryapet Mandal, he had joined a transport company as a driver and after some weeks he took the bus without knowing to the vehicle owner.
The complainant and the owner of the bus say that I hired him because he had a good experience in the driving heavy vehicles, I wasn’t expecting that he would steal the bus one day, the Bharath Benz Bus worth is Rs. 4500, 000.
During the investigation, the accused Nimmala reveals that he had a plan to dispose of the vehicle and earn money through it.
