Hyderabad: The Committee of engineers led by PWD Minister, Mr. V.Prashant Reddy presented its technical report to the Government on the construction of TS new secretariat building.
This report will be sent to CM of TS, Mr. KCR with its recommendations soon.
It may be mentioned that Mr. KCR had laid the foundation stone on 27th June for the constructions of a new building for secretariat. It will provide 4 lakh sq.ft space. It is likely to cost Rs. 400 crore.
It may not be out of place to mention that Congress, BJP and other parties had raised objections for the construction of a new building for secretariat saying that the present buildings are sufficient.
