TSRTC bus services resume today; 25% buses to run for now

Hyderabad: Almost after six months of no buses in the state, the Telangana government resumed the services from Friday.

The city has 29 depots and 2800 buses out of which only 25 per cent are now operating in the city.

The Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar assured that the sanitization and social distancing guidelines would be followed.

The life seems to be back to normal as the city can now witness its lost hustle and bustle amid the pandemic outbreak.

However, It is that most of the people are using their vehicle to amid COVID risk. No rush is witnessed in the RTC buses operated across the districts in the state.

Nevertheless, people who are primarily depended on public transport expressed a sigh of relief.
