Union MoS for Home G. Kishan Reddy visits CRPF Center at Barkas

Hyderabad: The Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, G Kishan Reddy visited the CRPF Group Centre today as the Chief Guest for the 81st CRPF Raising Day and received the Guard of Honour on his arrival.

The union minister paid his tributes to the martyrs who lost their lives fighting for their motherland.

As a part of the celebrations held here in the city, he inaugurated a blood donation camp at the GC and also took part in the plantation program arranged by the hosts.

The minister was mighty impressed by the display of the talent by young officers at the camp who performed a demo of anti naxal and anti terrorist operations along with a rehearsal on mob dispersal. Later, he attended the presentation ceremony to the CRPF personnel and interacted with the senior officials of the Group Centre at the officer’s mess. He also addressed the young officers and inspired them with his words of encouragement. The Minister later addressed the press at the Group Centre and hailed the contribution of the forces to the nation.
