Urdu is the second most spoken language in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

According to Wikipedia, Urdu is the 3rd most spoken language in Bihar, Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab and Rajasthan. It is the 4th spoken language in Jharkhand, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal and the 5th most spoken language in Goa and Gujarat.
