Hyderabad: A girl committed suicide vexed with the deceit of her beau. This incident took place at Karmanghat locality which falls under the jurisdiction of LB Nagar police station.
According to the details of the incident, 19-year-old Shrawanti, resident of Jana Priya Apartment was the daughter of Jangappa.
The girl had failed in the intermediate examination after which she started working as a sales girl in a showroom.
Meanwhile, she developed contacts with a boy by name, Srikant. He assured her that he would marry her and continued raping her. Later, he refused to marry her. The girl approached LB Nagar police station and lodged a complaint.
Vexed with this she committed suicide by hanging herself.
Police registered a case and started investigations.
