Vote for TRS in LS polls: Harish Rao appeals voters

Hyderabad: Former minister T Harish Rao today said voting percentage should increase in the LS polls.

Addressing TRS party workers’ meeting at Siddipet for MP Candidate Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, Harish Rao said people should vote for welfare and development in Telangana. “Prabhakar should get one vote more than me in the LS polls and help raise our voice in Parliament. Prabhakar Reddy will win with majority in the country in the general elections”, he said, adding that two national highways have been achieved by him through Siddipet and got sanctioned central university and Passport office to the district.

Harish Rao said railway works in the segment are going on with bullet train speed and the State government will bear Rs 400-crore expenditure for land acquisition. He also said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will address a public meeting in Narsapur on April 3. He appealed that at least 20,000 people should attend the Chief Minister’s meeting from Siddipet. The nation is looking at Telangana for Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bheema, irrigation projects and welfare schemes, he claimed. The Centre and the States were following our schemes and credit will go to KCR for his vision to address issues of the farmers, he added.

Speaking on the occasion, Prabhakar Reddy assured people that he would spare no efforts to develop Medak into No 1 segment with rapid growth and development programs as Harish Rao developed Siddipet.
