Hyderabad: Koppula Eshwar today took over as the minister for Welfare at Secretariat here. Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy, Health Minister E Rajender and others greeted Eshwar on taking over as the minister.
Talking to the media after taking charge, he extended thanks to Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for the post. Welfare is key for development of any State and the nation, he said. “I will work towards more welfare and effective implementation of the schemes for SC, ST, BC and Minorities”, he said. KCR’s word was final in implementing the schemes for the people, he added.
