Shropshire: A young mother by name Sophie Molineux (22) who was traveling in a train from Shropshire to Ludlow Castle was forced to sit on the floor of the train to breastfeed her son.
According to the report published in Daily Mail, Sophie who was traveling along with her partner, Rob Moore (25) and one-year-old son, Chester Moore slammed commuters as none of the 50 passengers offered her a seat despite the fact that she is carrying her baby.
As there was no seat vacant, they stood in the aisle. When her baby became hungry, Sophie was forced to seat on the dirty floor to breastfeed him.
Expressing her views after the incident, Sophie said that it was a shocking experience. She further said that many people noticed her sitting on the dirty floor but none of them offered her seat. ‘I was concerned about the safety of the baby’, she added.
It may be mentioned that the couple had planned a family day out to Ludlow Castle and as they don’t have car, they decided to travel by train.
