No negotiations till Nawaz Sharif resigns, says Imran Khan

Pakistan Tehreek-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan today said that no negotiations can take place with the government till the incumbent Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif resigns. After a fifth round of negotiations between the PTI and the government yielded no results, Imran Khan reportedly said that he would let the government “buy him out” after the government refused to deliver on the six demands of the PTI, which includes the resignation of Sharif.

Meanwhile, Sharif, in his address to the Pakistani national assembly, for the first time acknowledged the ongoing political crisis. He, however, stated very firmly that the current government and parliament are here to stay. (ANI)
