Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/Other degree from a recognised university.

Fluency In Communications Skills (both spoken and written)/ soft skills.

At least 1 year experience in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet,

LAN/WAN.

At least 1 year experience in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP

configuration options and troubleshooting.

Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts.
